How to request deletion of your THealth account and associated data.

Request Account Deletion

If you want to delete your THealth account and all associated data, send an email to:

Include the following in your email:

We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days and process the deletion within 30 days.

When your THealth account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Account information — email address, login credentials, and profile settings
Reading and interest data — interests you selected, articles opened, saved stories, and editorial preferences
Roundtable activity — sessions you opened, listening duration, and any feedback you submitted
Preferences — notification settings, language and accessibility preferences, saved filters
Device tokens — push notification tokens associated with your account
Analytics identifiers — your Mixpanel profile and Firebase identifiers tied to your account

Certain data may be retained for a limited period after deletion:

Data type	Retention period	Reason
Billing and purchase records	Up to 7 years	Tax and legal compliance
Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics	Indefinitely	Service improvement (cannot be linked back to you)
Security and fraud logs	90 days	Fraud prevention and abuse detection

Retained data cannot be used to identify you or reconstruct your account.

Consider the following before requesting deletion:

Cancel active subscriptions. If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel your subscription on that platform before requesting deletion to avoid additional charges.
Deletion is permanent. Once processed, your account and data cannot be recovered.
