Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the THealth application (“the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

THealth is operated by AIWIZE.

Description of Service

THealth is a mobile application that provides:

• An editorial feed of curated health news, with credibility and bias indicators
• Personalization based on the topics and interests you choose to follow
• The AI Doctors Roundtable — short, AI-generated audio conversations between simulated doctor voices on selected topics

The app is provided for personal informational use.

Not Medical Advice

THealth, including the AI Doctors Roundtable, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Roundtable conversations are computer-generated and the voices and personas are artificial. The information available in the app is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have about your health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or heard in the app. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

Account Terms

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data or our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app or the Roundtable WebView
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or its underlying infrastructure
• Scrape, mirror, or republish editorial content beyond personal use
• Share your account credentials with others or maintain multiple free accounts to evade limits

Editorial Content

Articles in the THealth feed are sourced from third-party publishers and surfaced under our editorial framework. Copyright in those articles belongs to their respective publishers. The editorial framework, design, and credibility/bias scoring are the intellectual property of AIWIZE.

AI-Generated Content

The AI Doctors Roundtable produces synthetic audio. Voices and personas are not real doctors. While we work to keep Roundtable content accurate and responsible, AI-generated conversations may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information. Treat them as one informational input among many — not as guidance to act on.

Subscriptions and Payments

If THealth offers paid features, those features are billed through the platform you used to subscribe (Apple App Store or Google Play). All purchases are governed by the terms of the platform handling the transaction. Cancellations and refunds are managed through your platform account.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the app available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service — including the Roundtable feature — at any time, with or without notice.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion as described in the Delete Your Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THealth is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIWIZE and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app, including any reliance on AI-generated Roundtable content. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to AIWIZE’s place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
