Request Account Deletion

If you want to delete your AIWAYZ account and all associated data, send an email to:

Include the following in your email:

We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days and process the deletion within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Account information — name, email address, organization name, and login credentials
Content data — prompts, documents, brand context libraries, and any files you uploaded or created
Usage data — session logs, feature usage history, and analytics
Workflow configurations — automation rules, agent configurations, and integration settings
Preferences — notification settings, UI preferences, and saved filters

Certain data may be retained for a limited period after deletion:

Billing records	Up to 7 years	Tax and legal compliance
Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics	Indefinitely	Service improvement (cannot be linked back to you)
Security and fraud logs	90 days	Fraud prevention and abuse detection

Retained data cannot be used to identify you or reconstruct your account.

Consider the following before requesting deletion:

Export your data first. You can download your content and configurations from the platform settings before requesting deletion.
Cancel active subscriptions. If you are on a paid plan, cancel your subscription before requesting deletion to avoid additional charges. You can cancel from your account settings or include the cancellation request in your email.
Deletion is permanent. Once processed, your account and data cannot be recovered.
