AIWAYZ (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the aiwize.com website and the AIWAYZ platform. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service and the choices you have associated with that data.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization name. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects billing information on our behalf. We do not store credit card numbers.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the platform: features accessed, models used, workflows executed, and session duration. This data is used to improve the service and provide usage analytics in your dashboard.

Content Data

Content you create, upload, or process through AIWAYZ (prompts, documents, brand context libraries) is stored to provide the service. Your content is never used to train AI models.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the AIWAYZ platform
• To notify you about changes to our service
• To provide usage analytics and reporting
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
• To improve our service based on aggregate usage patterns

Data Security

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Agent execution occurs in isolated E2B sandboxes that are destroyed after task completion. We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance for Business plan customers.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. Content data is deleted within 30 days of account closure. Execution logs are retained for 90 days for Business plan customers (configurable).

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export all your data at any time from the platform settings. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing
• Cloudflare: CDN and security
• E2B: Sandboxed code execution for agents
• AI Model Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral (your prompts are sent to these providers to generate responses; see each provider’s data handling policies)
